Donation Based: Open to all seekers of all traditions - we ask only that you bring a sincere heart and an open mind.
Practice Silence and Discernment: We will practice in a safe and supported space, utilizing our conscious faculties to discern into higher realities of life. We will uplift ourselves and each other.
Yoga and Vedanta: Our teachings and practices come from the ancient Yoga and Advaita-Vedanta traditions. They are rooted in ancient lineage and are offered from a sincere wish that all may be free and happy.
