Thought Power Study
Here, we study the teachings of Sri Swami Sivananda Saraswati found in his book - Thought Power. The text within describes the process of changing one's thoughts to alleviate suffering and experience God realization. Thought Power provides a psychological framework and then practical guidance to change thoughts for the better.

Peace is the prize that we seek (for with inner peace we know the happiness and love we have sought), and through seeing and uplifting our thought we may know and reside in peace. Thought is both what binds us to suffering and what frees us. That which binds is called "negative" thought and what which frees and uplifts us is called "positive".
Swami Sankarananda offers free workshops on Positive Thinking across the country. These workshops offer a practical view of the Yoga philosophy regarding Mind, the Power of Thought, and how to Uplift. The programs are based on the great Yogi Swami Sivananda's book, "Thought Power", available for free download below, and is adapted from week long courses taught at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashrams and Centers worldwide.
